Thanks to them we are able to locate the users and scooters, so that they are waiting for you in the best place in your city. We care about your privacy. We do not increase the scope of our rights. Your data is safe with us and you can withdraw your consent at any time. On our website jedenslad.pl and our mobile application “JedenŚlad” (“ „Application” ”) we use technology, in particular cookies, to collect and process personal data in order to personalise the services provided to you.
We would like to provide you with a detailed description of the technology used by us and the regulations that will enter into force soon, so as to give you full knowledge and comfort in the use of our Application. Please read the following information before going to the service. By clicking „I agree” you agree to the provisions contained below.
On 25 May 2018, the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”)
In this short legal note we present a summary of the most important issues concerning the processing of your personal data that may take place after 25 May 2018 in connection with the use of our Application. Please read this note, it will take no more than a few minutes.
According to GDPR personal data is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. If you use our Application, such data is e.g. name, e-mail address, IP address or location data. Personal data may be stored in cookies or similar technologies (e.g. local storage) installed by us or our Trusted Partners on our websites and devices used when using our services.
The processing of personal data requires a legal basis. GDPR provides for several types of such legal basis for data processing and in the case of using our services three of them will occur:
Your data, under our services, will only be processed if we or another data processor has one of the legal bases permitted under GDPR and only for the purpose adapted to the basis in question, as described above. Your data will be processed until there is a basis for their processing i.e. in the case of granting the consent until the moment of its withdrawal, restriction or other actions taken by you in order to limit this consent, in the case of necessity of data to perform the contract – for the duration of its performance and if the data processing is based on the legitimate interest of the administrator – for the period of existence of this legitimate interest.
Your data will be processed by the entities from JedenŚlad Group and by Trusted Partners, but it can be also entrusted to other entities for processing. In any such case, the transfer does not entitle the recipient to use the data in any way, but only to use them for the purposes clearly indicated by the given entity from JedenŚlad Group or by the Trusted Partner. The transfer of data generally takes place in the case of cooperation with the subcontractor (e.g. scooter service) or service provider (e.g. data storage service provider). In any case the transfer of data does not relieve the data exporter of its responsibility for the processing. Data can also be transferred to public authorities, provided that they are authorised under the applicable law and make a request to that effect, but never in another case.
On our website and in the Application we use technologies such as cookies, local storage and similar to collect and process personal data and operational data in order to personalise the content and advertising and to analyse the traffic on our websites. In this way the technology is also used by our Trusted Partners who also want to present ads that are best suited to your preferences. Cookies are IT data saved to files and stored on your terminal device (i.e. your PC, tablet, smartphone etc.), which your browser sends to server each time you access a website from this device while you visit different sites on the Internet. You will also find there information on how to change your browser settings so as to limit or disable cookies etc. and how to delete cookies from your device.
Pursuant to GDPR you have the following rights with regard to your data and its processing by us and Trusted Partners.
If you have given your consent to the processing of data, you can withdraw it at any time.
